Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view over the Loch, although the decor might need some updating. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available for any needs, though there were a few instances of needing to find someone for service. The location by the Loch and close to Helensburgh is fabulous, providing beautiful views. The food was good with a variety of options but had some limitations, and the early dining hours could be improved.
The hotel's rooms were a bit tired and dated, but they offered a lovely view over the water. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was great, providing beautiful views and easy access to the surrounding area. The dining experience was satisfactory, although we wished for more breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers basic rooms with a good desk and chair, much needed refurbishment, and fantastic views over the Clyde. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, from the initial booking to wedding planning. They were lovely, hardworking, and excellent. The location is excellent for exploring the Rosneath Peninsula, close to the water on the Clyde.
